DO ANY OF THESE SOUND FAMILIAR?
  • Yuck! I’m not eating this! Besides, it’s cold.
  • I know I missed the bus…but it’s not my fault.
  • None of my friends have to do chores. Their parents love them.

Hey Parents,
At the top of this blog, we have listed a few local resources for parenting, connecting and building tools for developing skills for growing students. Empathy, compassion, natural consequences and a little bit of failure is normal. Allowing students enough freedom to fail as well enough support to keep them from falling too far is the mark of teaching. The LOVE AND LOGIC CLASSES will focus on these skills and behaviors. The things we do as adults spill over into their lives as well. Call 636-528-5911 to sign up for one of these FREE CLASSES.
Additionally, the Community Resource Fair gathers many additional resources for just about anything offered in the area. It’s coming up this weekend in Cottleville. See our facebook or call the office for additional details. 636-668-8001
Yes, this was supposedly a “light” week for us schedule wise. That seldom plays out the way we expect, but that’s exactly why we love our jobs. Thank you Winfield for all your support for our scholars, athletes and scholar/athletes!  Well done.
