This week, we get to see behind the stage and observe what our counselor says to her staff to inspire, motivate and remind. She sets the stage leading by example, keeping positive and encouraging the staff in vital rest and relaxation.

Please remember that our kiddos may hear lots of negatives throughout their lives and it takes four positives to override one negative.
Be a positive influence in your students’ lives because “We teach our students how to behave by what we allow, what we stop, what we ignore, and what we reinforce”.
